LA PERLA
DE LA HEREDIA

La Perla de La Heredia, a private residential community, has won awards for its striking planning and design. The dramatic hillside positioning overlooking the Mediterranean has been combined with inspired use of local architecture to create a luxuriously modern version of the traditional pueblo blanco. Townhouses and villas in the community are built along winding cobblestone roads that are interspersed with squares, swimming pools and fountains. Wooden doors, hand-painted tiles and sunny colour schemes add an element of quaint charm to the overall atmosphere of contemporary comfort.

LAS COLINAS
DE LA HEREDIA

Las Colinas de La Heredia was especially developed for customers seeking apartments that were larger, more luxurious and privately located than those usually found on the Costa del Sol. Strategically situated in the hills, yet close to the coast, the development encompasses just eight apartments and penthouses. All were carefully designed to provide an unprecedented amount of light and space, and make the most of the outstanding sea and mountain views. The more exclusive penthouses feature roof gardens with an outdoor whirlpool bath, and some also have an integrated guest apartment. The external architecture is traditionally Andalusian, with surprising multi-level styling and crisp whitewashing accented with bright, bold colours.

LA RESERVA
DEL MADROÑAL

La Reserva del Madroñal was developed as an extremely exclusive rural retreat in a mountainside pine and poplar forest overlooking the Mediterranean in the Benahavis district. Development was limited to some two dozen extremely large plots to ensure each villa enjoyed maximum space and privacy. Today, it contains some of the finest properties on the Costa del Sol. Protected by 24-hour security via six gated entrances, the villas within this privileged setting can be reached via lanes that wind through the attractive valleys and countryside.

LA PERLA
DE LA BAHÍA

The name ‘Pearl on the Bay’ refers to the location carefully chosen for this apartment community near Marbella, but on a kilometre-long beach in an area that remains one of the most tranquil stretches of the Costa del Sol. La Perla de la Bahia’s architecture draws more specifically on the region’s Moorish influences, incorporating graceful arches, domed roofs and pastel colour tones. The individual buildings are surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, and inviting pools, gardens and fountains accentuate the public grounds. A seaside beach club facility was also created on the grounds, complete with a café, terrace and restaurant.

MONTE MAYOR

Monte Mayor is a particularly unique development. It encompasses over 330 hectares of land in a sheltered valley reserve renowned for its rich flora and fauna, views of both mountains and sea, and the famous Monte Mayor golf course. The residential project was created with those in mind who want the very best in space, privacy and security within unspoiled natural surroundings. To ensure these will never be compromised, 54% of the development is designated green zone, building volume is set at just 12%, and building codes stipulate exterior architecture that is in harmony with the setting. Aside from superb, free-standing villas and development plots, Monte Mayor also offers townhouses in La Heredia de Monte Mayor – a private village set on the estate.

MONTE MAYOR

(NEW APARTMETS)

Within Monte Mayor, there are plans for developing 140 spacious, luxurious and modern apartments with facilities including private outdoor Jacuzzis and communal swimming pools – spread over three adjacent hills. This placement ensures great privacy within natural surroundings, while still offering great views over the Mediterranean and nearby mountains. The modular masterplans of the apartments enable owners to tailor the layout to individual preferences. The entire complex is interconnected with walkways and golf-cart paths that also enable access to other areas of the Monte Mayor development.
