KINGFISHER BAY

(PLANNING PHASE)

The Kingfisher Bay project covers 1,500 hectares, including 15km of cove-dotted coastline, on Isla del Rey – the largest island in the Pearl Island archipelago in Panama’s sheltered Pacific Gulf. A special Environmental Design concept and master plans were developed in collaboration with EDSA and Sandy Babcock Architects. Phase 1 features two main development areas: 1) A waterfront Marina Village located on a natural harbour, including shopping, dining and a partment facilities, and 2) Hillside plots with the choice of six turnkey villa blueprints that all create the effect of a ‘tree-top’ home floating in the tropical surroundings.
